Vivant-Architekt UG specialises in the design and sale of architectural projects for residential buildings.
We offer two types of services:
- Custom architectural projects designed according to client specifications;
- Ready-made digital house plans available for purchase and download.
All projects are provided as digital files (such as PDF, DWG, or 3D models) and delivered electronically.
4. Orders and Payments
All payments are made via bank transfer.
After successful payment, the purchased project files are automatically sent to the customer’s email address.
All prices displayed on the Website are final and include applicable taxes (VAT).
5. Refund Policy
Since our products are digital files, once the project has been delivered to the client, no refunds or exchanges are possible.
Please ensure that you have reviewed all product details before making a purchase.
6. Use of Projects and Licensing
All architectural projects and designs sold through our Website are intended for personal use only (for building a single private residence).
You are not permitted to resell, reproduce, distribute, or use our projects for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Vivant-Architekt UG.

We guarantee that all project files are delivered as described and in proper digital condition.
In the unlikely event of an error or technical issue, we will fully reimburse the client for any proven financial damage caused by our mistake.
However, Raum WerkX UG shall not be held responsible for any issues, damages, or additional costs that arise due to deviations from the provided project during construction or modifications made by the client or third parties.
8. Technical Delivery
Digital products are delivered to the client’s email address immediately after payment confirmation.
Please ensure that your provided email address is correct. Raum WerkX UG is not responsible for delivery errors caused by incorrect contact information.
9. Copyright and Intellectual Property
All text, images, designs, architectural drawings, and 3D models displayed on this Website are protected under copyright and intellectual property laws.
Unauthorised reproduction, copying, or redistribution of our materials is strictly prohibited.
