This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all digital goods (architectural plans) and services purchased through the Raum WerkX UG website.

1. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract (for digital content or services).

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email).

2. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

Please note that statutory rights of withdrawal are limited for digital goods and custom services to prevent abuse.

A. Digital Content (Ready-made House Plans)
Your right of withdrawal expires prematurely if:

  1. We have begun the performance of the contract (i.e., the download link has been made available to you); and
  2. You have expressly consented to the beginning of the performance before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period; and
  3. You have acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal by giving this consent.
    (In simpler terms: Once you download the files, the purchase is final and non-refundable.)

B. Services (Custom Home & Landscape Design)
If you have requested that we begin the performance of services (such as custom drafting or consultation) during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.

3. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract (provided you have not waived the right by downloading the content), we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (if applicable), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

4. Defective or Incorrect Files

In the unlikely event that a digital file is corrupt, technically defective, or does not match the description provided, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will rectify the issue by providing a corrected file. If we are unable to resolve the technical issue, a full refund will be issued regardless of the download status.
